Chester’s Roadmap To Peace Thwarted


CHESTER - Tonight’s scheduled “Peace on the Streets Jam” had to be canceled after the headlining performer was arrested on drug and weapons charges last week, according to Chester officials.

Yeah, but did he attack anybody?
