Philly.com's Fancy Red Dot

I would be remiss if I didn't point out how much the new Philly.com logo reminds me of those creepy Powerball ads with the giant red bouncing ball following potential lottery players around.

The new Philly.com is like a giant downgrade. I liked the smart day/night skyline header and now it looks like someone's MySpace page. It's very childish looking, jumbled, and busy. It reminds me of the way bolt.com used to look back in '98. Sad.

The fact that you get paid to make comments on a red dot in a website makes me want to punch you in the fucking face. Mrs. Garforth is rolling over in her grave because you are wasting you talents. Meanwhile Doc Holloway sips a martini and smiles.

Yes, this needed to be posted four times.

...this is the first time I've used a computer.

I was thinking more along the lines of the About.com logo, but yeah, Powerball works, too.
