Stu Bykofsky: Oh, man, is this a whole week of Stu on animals? I do dislike that PACCA has improved in this regard: "Goofing off by staff is no longer chronic nor tolerated as the norm." Fight the power and goof off on the Internet during work hours, PACCA staffers!
