Elmer Smith: Hey, I'm a Daily News columnist who's going to tell you how to spend your $600 tax rebate. No, I'm not the finance columnist; why? Oh, oh, this is a "snarky" column, not a serious one. That's a fine topic, then.
Fatimah Ali: I give up with this shit. Seriously, it ends with a "we can fight the war in Iraq, but we can't solve illegal immigration?" line.
