Best Part Of Nutter's Inauguration So Far
... was the ovation for St. Joe's Prep. Oh, I'm sorry, did I say "best"? I meant "worst."
I ain't dead; I overslept! 'til 11. Impressive, eh? Updates are coming.
Update: See! I really like that "cutting our homicide rate by 30-50 percent" gets a standing ovation.

11:11 - Michael Nutter wants us to respect the police (when they're not shooting at us) and say hello to everyone. Woo-hoo, let's make this The Hello City!
11:12 - "The government cannot solve every person's problem every day of the week." Thanks, Ron Paul.
11:15 - "I would put this political team up against any other city or region in the United States." Oh, Michael Nutter has made a baseball team! Sweet.
11:18 - "We should honor Billy Penn." Hey, know what would honor Billy Penn? Finally finishing the restoration of the inside of City Hall, which I believe started before City Hall was completed.
11:19 - Only 18% of our residents have a bachelor's degree. Woo-hoo, I'm in the minority!
11:22 - Nutter wants to raise our bachelor's degree percentage by half and cut our high-school dropout rate by half. I could make a joke here, but I dunno, I was talking with my fantasy football league members about American Gladiators, brother, and I wasn't really paying attention.
11:25 - Yeah, I wasn't paying attention again, I'm watching this old school Gladiators clip over and over and over and over it's so incredible.
11:26 - "The Renaissance period of Philadelphia got started about a half-hour ago." Oh snap!
11:27 - Oh, so lame, he ended with "God bless America."
11:30 - Hahaha soap opera ads! "The death that shocked daytime."

After watching that clip about 4500 times, I think my favorite part is the "sweet" while flexing at the end.
