• M. Night Shyamalan will be allowed to have a deer fence at his Chester County mansion. It turns out, though, that Shyamalan's fence actually is electric and will kill all the deer so he can eat for free. You find this out after two crappy, boring hours. [KYW 1060]
• Meanwhile, hunters and fishers in New Jersey think the state wants to ban hunting. But then how will they make any money from hunting and fishing licenses? [Courier-Post]
• Because they sued local pharma giant Wyeth, a bunch of fen-phen users now own a stake in racehorse Curlin. [Inquirer]
• Darwin awards nominee: A motorcyclist dies while trying to perform a trick after his friend's funeral. His friend also died in a motorcycle accident. [CBS 3]
• Hey, a bunch of neighborhood groups sued the Gaming Control Board, "alleging multiple violations of the 'Due Process' clause of the U.S. Constitution." Ahh, that old "Due Process" chestnut. [Philebrity]
• Some local company says the claims about it in Larry King's new lawsuit are not true. Oh, yes, but of course. [Phila. Business Journal]
• Who will vote tomorrow? Probably like 150 people. And Al Taubenberger still won't break 10 votes. [Great Expectations]
• New subscription numbers are out. The Inquirer is up slightly on weekdays, down on Sunday and the Daily News added, literally, 61 new readers. They just love their Steve & Mia. [Attytood]
