Philly.com Put Up Its Decorations Late This Year
Come on, guys. You waiting until October 30 to put up your Halloween decorations? The animated logo is a nice touch, though.

The page, overall, does look nicer than it used to, and it's a bit easier to follow, though still not easy enough.

I have scripts turned off, so I can't even see the decorations.

Actually, I have scripts explicitly allowed for philly.com so I don't know why I'm not seeing the border with the jack-o-lanterns.
