City Hall Station, hands down, although I vote to give the SEPTA portion of 30th St. an honorable mention for having both rats and massive roof leaks! Everyone's a winner with SEPTA, and I can't wait to slap down $78.00 more bucks for a freakin' MonthPass!!!!
