Dumbass: Did you not read the WSJ thing before posting that? I know you're a blogger and bloggers cannot be expected to, like, read for comprehension, but by looking at the first sentence of that and then making a judgement is ironically doing Philadelphia a disservice. Philadelphia is in decline, Boston is not, it's not bashing if it's TRUE, and why shouldn't someone ask why that is?
