Meet Penn's New Mascot

A cartoon in this week's issue of the Summer Pennsylvanian, which is the Penn paper, but over the summer:

You can click on it to enlarge it over on the Penn paper's site, but all you really need to know is this is an editorial cartoon about BILL THE BIRD AT PENN. Well, there are other questions, about the random IV bags in the corner (potato chips?), the girl who looks suicidal in the background and the strange "33rd & Walnut" sign that appears to be in the middle of the street. But, really, it all comes back to BILL THE BIRD.

Says a reader, "I predict a very short career in cartooning for that one, followed by a self published graphic novel that all his friends feel obliged to buy."
