Profanity, Live On CNN?

From CNN this morning:

Seriously, does he say "fuck"? (The guy off-screen, I think, is the guy who says it. He does the morning financial report.) I mean, I doubt he'd be saying that, but I cannot think of anything else that the noise could be. Help me out here?

It's weird- O'Brien doesn't seem to react to it, but there's no other word that guy could have used in that context that would sound similar to that.

Also- why the hell is he so shocked about ATMs?

A mention on Gawker today. I like it.

"The good folks at Philadelphia Weekly earn their Sixth Borough-hood today with a good catch on CNN’s American Morning."

Sounds like a mike has been left open in the producer's booth or something. The sound level and quality is completely different from the studio sound.

I guess it's someone off camera talking on a phone, unaware that his voice is going out live.

They didn't respond because they are pros and it would have been a lot worst if they did.....

"Yuck?"
That has to be the most exaggerated "f" sound I've heard since maybe Al Pacino dropped the "f" bomb in Glengarry Glenn Ross.

A musical about the witches from The Wizard of Oz breaks West End box office records, its producers say.
