Blogicized: The only thing we have to fear• Roberta Fallon at the always fantastic Artblog has an interview with the Art Museum’s new curator of contemporary art. [artblog] • According to Marisa over at Metroblogging, there was a bomb scare on SEPTA this morning. Turns out it was a suitcase of clothes somebody left on the platform. [Metroblogging Philadelphia] • It seems the Philly-is-cool backlash is continuing: The city’s “like as good as Des Moines, Iowa.” [Overheard in Philly] • Yes, that was thunder you heard last night. Or, you know, angels bowling. [Literal Barrage] |

You have to register to take a survey? That’s weak sauce.
I agree with enrico, and something tells me you do too, or you wouldn’t have turned the comments off for that post.
Something also tells me that if another news site did this, you would be making fun of it. Hmmmm?
I didn’t know you had to register — I was already logged in — but, yeah, meh. (That kind of sums it up, right?) I always — well, okay, if I remember — turn off comments for the admin stuff and for my End of Week Top 5. But, yeah, I should have left them on, in fairness. I make mistakes.
And if another news site made you register for a poll, would I make fun of it? Mhmm, maybe. I guess I could see myself making fun of a site for making you register for its poll, but, I dunno, are there any good one-liners I could make? I mean, come on, I can’t make any “I’m really lonely/pathetic” jokes about that. I think. But feel free to mock me for said poll registration or whatever else.
