Where's the mafia when you need them?

At this point, it seems like the long-awaited slot machines are just never going to come to Pennsylvania. It seems like the law was passed like three years ago and, yet, nobody's gotten a chance to throw their money away at Philadelphia Park or in Center City (as opposed to Atlantic City) yet.

And now, this:

The Gaming Control Board's new chief enforcement officer faces charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness after a scuffle with police in a Harrisburg gay bar last week.

Pennsylvania: instead of organized crime running the casinos, we're all about disorganized crime.
